Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years in distribution center management or operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/AS400.
• Ability to work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, order filling, and shipping in a high-volume DC.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality in operations.
• Manage SOP compliance and productivity targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach associates.
• Prepare operational statistics and reports.
