Dollar Tree is seeking an Operations Manager to lead distribution center operations, focusing on safe, efficient receiving, order filling, and shipping in a high-volume, multi-shift environment.

You will drive productivity and quality, enforce SOPs, and partner with leaders and HR on staffing, coaching, and reporting. A strong background in DC management and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of distribution center management or operations experience, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of WMS (AS400).
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, order filling, and shipping in a high-volume, multi-shift DC.
• Ensure SOPs are followed while meeting productivity and quality goals.
• Coordinate and manage filling of store orders and trailer loading.
• Monitor inbound/outbound operations and safety metrics.
• Partner with HR on hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Prepare operational statistics and reports.
