Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all distribution center activities, including receiving, storage, replenishment, order selection, loading, and shipping. The role drives workforce planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet production and service goals.

In this high-autonomy position, you will develop procedures to optimize inbound/outbound flow, ensure safety and quality, and lead a team toward operational excellence at our Ohio facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years DC management/operations experience.
• Good working knowledge of DC practices and procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach associates toward professional success.
• Proficient with PC tools and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all distribution center operations including receiving, storage, replenishment, order selection, loading, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; monitor productivity indicators to control costs.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and quality; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Coordinate flow of reserve inventory and replenishment cycles.
• Manage daily receiving and loading schedules; ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Hire, orient, train, and develop associates; conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare statistics and reports for functional areas.
