Dollar Tree Distribution Center is seeking a Director of DC Operations to lead overall DC performance, develop the team, and drive efficiency and safety standards. You will set strategies, manage budgets, and oversee distribution, quality, and facilities while partnering with regional leaders to optimize costs.

The role requires strong leadership, DC experience, and a track record of improving productivity and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in business/admin/logistics.
• Minimum eight years in DC management and operations.
• Strong knowledge of DC practices and procedures.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and own accountability.
• Experience with warehouse systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and own short- and long-term planning and budgeting.
• Develop solutions for complex operational problems in DCs.
• Set productivity and quality goals and monitor results.
• Oversee store supply and safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop DC staff and leadership.
