The Distribution Center Supervisor role at TBC Corporation oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route planning. You will lead a team, enforce standard procedures, and drive safety initiatives while protecting assets and ensuring on-time deliveries.

With 2+ years in distribution or transportation, you’ll coordinate with management to meet KPIs, improve processes, and support network design enhancements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in distribution or transportation.
• Proven management experience including leadership and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Safety-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problems.
• Customer service focus and team collaboration.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• ERP and routing software experience a plus; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervises daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensures timely, accurate picking, receiving, put away, load/ship of orders and returns; enforces SOPs.
• Leads daily Safety meetings and pre-/post-trip inspections for the team.
• Protects company assets—inventory, equipment, and facility—and maintains safe operations.
• Maintains facility and vehicles and resolves issues impacting safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
