Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a DC Specialist for our Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. The role supports wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and reporting, ensuring accurate departmental operations and safety compliance.

The position requires WMS familiarity, proficiency in Excel/Outlook, and strong organizational skills. Candidates should be reliable, collaborative, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar menu-driven applications.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic math skills essential for daily operations.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates in department procedures.
• Respond proactively to leadership directions from Shift Coordinators and managers.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear appropriate attire; report violations.
• Maintain attendance and be flexible with shifts and overtime.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
