Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ability to learn menu-driven applications.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to maintain integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor staff on departmental procedures.
• Respond to leadership direction and coordinate with shift coordinators.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain attendance.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
