Job summary

Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking DC Specialists to perform operational office and clerical duties, including waveplanning, delivery scheduling and reporting. A thorough knowledge of department operations is essential for success in this role.

Ideal candidates will have WMS experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, basic math, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Flexibility for shifts and a focus on safety and accuracy are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental procedures.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership and management.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible shift schedule.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
