Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking DC Specialists to perform a variety of operational office and clerical duties, including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting.

A thorough knowledge of the department's operations is essential. Candidates should have experience with WMS, MS Office, strong math, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ability to learn system.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates and vendors at multiple levels in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to understand other functions of the business as they apply to position.
• Flexible to change and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to designated shifts and overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
