Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is hiring for a DC Specialist at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. You will perform a variety of operational office and clerical duties, supporting wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and departmental reporting.

The role requires knowledge of warehouse procedures, MS Excel/Word/Outlook, and strong communication skills. A High School Diploma is preferred; experience with WMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with WMS or ability to learn system.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates in departmental procedures.
• Proactively respond to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
• Follow safety rules and wear proper attire; report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible schedule including shifts and overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
