Job summary

TBC Corporation's Distribution Center Assistant Manager will drive day-to-day operational excellence, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. You will apply SOPs, manage site KPIs, protect assets, and lead labor and cost control while reporting on performance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a 4-year degree in logistics or related field and at least 2 years of management experience; bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology and process improvement.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all DC operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensure SOPs are applied to achieve operational KPIs.
• Protect company assets including inventory, equipment, and facility; maintain the site.
• Manage labor, delivery, and other variable costs to align with plans.
• Report on performance KPIs (customer service, productivity, costs).
• Drive team accountability and enforce company policies.
