Job summary

Logicar Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory control in its U.S. distribution center. You will drive process improvements, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer service and efficiency goals.

The role reports to the Operations and Logistics Manager and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience with WMS/ERP systems to optimize inventory, inbound/outbound flows, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years management experience in a Distribution Center/Fulfillment Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing & inventory control to maintain stock levels and 95+% fill rate.
• Direct warehouse operations to meet delivery/service commitments with high standards of safety and accuracy.
• Lead logistics processes for inbound/outbound shipments and manage vendor relationships.
