Broad River Retail seeks a Manager of Operations to lead the 88,000-square-foot distribution center and a team of about 38 Memory Makers, ensuring accurate receiving, storage and shipping, inventory integrity, and on-time order fulfillment.

You will coach a small team, monitor KPI performance, emphasize safety, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distribution/warehouse team
• Proven ability to manage KPI reporting and performance
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments
• Ability to train, coach and drive accountability
• Proficient with reporting software and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage and shipping of goods
