Job summary

IDI is seeking a DC Manager to oversee warehouse operations, safety, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will organize the facility, conduct counts, manage equipment, and support inside sales activities.

Responsibilities include inventory management, customer service and sales support, compliance with DOT/OSHA, staff supervision, training, and administrative duties, with emphasis on leadership and initiative.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and driving results.
• Familiarity with forklift and warehouse equipment; basic IT systems know‑how.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management including cycle counts and stock accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and support sales at the warehouse.
• Enforce safety and DOT/OSHA compliance; maintain equipment and facilities.
