Confidential in Texas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee a fast-paced distribution center, lead teams, and drive inventory accuracy and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement to maintain high service levels and cost control.

You will manage receiving, storage, and shipping; partner with sales, vendors, and logistics; and champion safety and continuous improvement in a large facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center management experience preferred
• Experience managing an entire distribution facility or a significant operation within a large distribution center
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, and employee management
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology
• Knowledge of transportation operations, including truckload and LTL shipping
• Ability to work independently, make operational decisions, and lead in a fast-paced environment
