Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee end-to-end DC operations in Lithonia, GA, driving safety, quality, and service targets.

You will manage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping, guiding supervisors and frontline teams toward performance milestones. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in distribution/warehouse leadership, Lean/Six Sigma credentials, and ERP experience, with strong analytical, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution/warehouse/manufacturing operations.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership experience (50+ employees).
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
• ERP experience (SAP or Oracle preferred).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Manage operating budget, including labor, equipment, and facility costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily distribution center operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping
• Manage, coach, and develop a workforce including supervisors and frontline teams
• Drive performance against key metrics such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and cost
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through effective controls and cycle counting programs
• Optimize labor planning, staffing, and workflow to meet demand and improve efficiency
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation, and customer service teams
• Manage operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Distribution Center Manager

The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for end-to-end distribution center operations and driving operational excellence across receiving, inventory, and shipping while ensuring safety, quality, and service targets are consistently met.

Compensation

$115,000 - $125,000 base salary + 10% bonus.

• 7+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing plant operations
• 7+ years of direct people leadership experience, leading large teams (50+ employees)
• Experience as Manager or lead of a Distribution Center/warehouse/manufacturing plant
• Lean/Six sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
• ERP experience (SAP or Oracle preferred)
• Experience with inventory control and logistics operations
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Manage operating budget, including labor, equipment, and facility costs
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean/Six Sigma exposure
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
