Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Leader in Perris, CA to drive success across a complex distribution center. You will partner with the GM/AGM to set strategies, supervise a team, and optimize productivity while controlling expenses.

You will manage equipment maintenance and safety, analyze trends, and lead programs to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy. Ideal candidates combine a Bachelor’s in Operations/Business/Supply Chain with 5+ years in distribution, strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in a distribution environment and supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in warehouse areas and WMS and related equipment.
• Oversee facility maintenance, repair, and contractor bids and compliance.
• Review maintenance and quality reports; implement cost-effective improvements.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coach, train, and develop Associates; support performance feedback and growth.
