Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching, safeguarding operations, and driving inventory accuracy while aligning with business plans. Travel is minimal, primarily within the DC network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an hourly team to run DC operations efficiently, safely and productively.
• Hire, evaluate, discipline and terminate hourly associates.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct evaluations based on data and observations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control; monitor key metrics for productivity, accuracy, quality and expenses.
• Coordinate planning and staffing to align with business plans and production rates.
