Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• 5 years in distribution environment.
• Experience with conveyor systems, material handling equipment and PLC controls.
• Flexible schedule; willing to relocate; weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across warehouse areas and inventory processing.
• Oversee facility maintenance and contractor management.
• Analyze maintenance and quality reports to optimize equipment.
• Promote safety culture and compliance with policies.
• Coach and develop associates; maintain union-free environment.
