JBS Foods’ Distribution Center seeks a Human Resources Supervisor to be the on-site HR partner, guiding employee lifecycle activities, relations, performance, staffing, training, and compliance across operations.

You will collaborate with Operations and Corporate HR to drive engagement, ensure policy adherence, and support workforce planning, payroll issues, and benefit questions, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in distribution or high-volume settings.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR partner for DC employees and leaders.
• Support onboarding, interviews, and workforce planning.
• Administer policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with payroll-related inquiries and benefits questions.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Lead HR staff if applicable and align with operations.
• Collaborate with corporate HR and DC leadership.
