Job summary

Pilgrim seeks an HR Supervisor to partner with Distribution Center leadership, support the employee lifecycle, and foster a positive workplace culture. This hands-on role ensures policy compliance, performance management, and engagement across shifts while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding, compensation and benefits support, training, reporting, and data-driven HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment such as distribution/logistics.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for DC employees and leaders.
• Coach leaders on performance, attendance, and corrective actions.
• Support onboarding, staffing, and workforce planning for peak operations.
• Administer policies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain HR data accuracy.
• Partner with Payroll and Benefits on issues and changes.
• Coordinate training and development programs and track compliance.
