This role manages 20 to 30 hourly associates and drives safety, productivity, and quality in daily operations. Responsibilities include coaching, evaluating, disciplining, and terminations, plus optimizing processes and planning to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Ability to relocate.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the DC area with 20–30 hourly associates.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly staff.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and accurate handling of merchandise; implement team goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive improvements in key metrics (productivity, quality, expenses).
• Coordinate staffing and operations to align with the business plan.
