Job summary

The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team in the distribution center, driving safe, accurate, and productive merchandise handling.

You will hire, evaluate, develop, and discipline hourly associates, supervise 20-30 staff, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize processes and meet business goals. Travel is minimal and the role is on-site at the DC facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong Excel/Office skills and data analysis.
• Experience with WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 20 to 30 hourly associates.
• Ensure safety, efficiency and productivity in DC operations.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline hourly associates.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and key performance metrics.
• Plan staffing and coordinate with Operations Manager to meet business goals.
