Job summary

Sazerac Company’s Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Ambassador to welcome visitors and ensure a seamless, engaging experience from arrival to departure. In this role you’ll handle check-in, reservations, and guest inquiries by phone and email, support tastings and tours, and help manage flow and safety for a memorable visit.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to work weekends, and a friendly, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and reservations.
• A friendly, service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging visit.
• Manage check-in, reservations, and guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Support visitor flow, parking, transportation, and tastings.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with team to continuously improve the visitor experience.
