Job summary

Buffalo Trace Distillery is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Ambassador to warmly welcome visitors and ensure a seamless, engaging experience from arrival to departure. You will support tours, tastings, reservations and guest services in a dynamic hospitality setting.

This part‑time role requires 16–24 hours per week, including weekends, with shifts on both weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service and works well with a team to enhance the visitor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old required.
• Ability to work 2 weekends per month (Sat-Sun).
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or guest experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage visitor check-in, reservations, and guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Support visitor flow through parking, transportation, greeting, and tasting experiences.
• Help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with team to continually improve the visitor experience and daily operations.
