Job summary

Buffalo Trace Distillery is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to welcome and assist guests from arrival through departure, ensuring a memorable and engaging visit.

This part-time role (16–24 hours per week) includes weekends, with responsibilities spanning reservations, check-in, guest inquiries, and coordinating tasting experiences to ensure smooth visitor flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work 2 weekends a month (including Saturday and Sunday).

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for guests, helping ensure a welcoming, seamless, and engaging visit from arrival through departure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment while supporting tours, tastings, reservations, and visitor services.

Schedule: This is a part time position working 16-24 hours a week including working weekdays and weekends.

• Experience working directly with visitors, customers, or guests in a service-focused environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
