Sazerac Company in Bardstown, Kentucky, is excited to offer the Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Distillation. This full-time, two-year program provides structured rotations across the distillation operation and leadership experiences aligned with current business needs and opportunities.

You’ll gain hands-on manufacturing exposure, develop your leadership capabilities, and work on continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline expected between May 2027 and Aug 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and technical skills in a rotating program.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive performance in assigned area.
• Analyze data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to real-world challenges.
