• Bachelor’s or Master’s in an engineering discipline, available between May 2027 and August 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and active learning mindset.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year full-time leadership development program across manufacturing areas.
• Gain exposure to bottling, processing, maintenance, and distribution/warehouse rotations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive performance with practical solutions.
• Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills to business challenges.
• Experience different shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; union and non-union environments.
