Sazerac Company’s Leadership Development Program – Distillation is a full-time, 2-year leadership development program designed to expose you to the distillation operation and drive leadership growth. You’ll rotate through Distillation, Aging Warehouse, and Quality/Planning/Processing to build technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualified candidates are engineering graduates in 2027 with a 3.0+ GPA, who are self-motivated, strong communicators and team players, and who are willing to relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline completed between May 2027 and August 2027 is eligible
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for active learning
• Team player with effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S.

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Distillation is full-time, 2-year leadership development program designed to provide exposure across areas of the distillation operation, with leadership development experiences based on business needs and available opportunities.

The program provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and develop skills to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Potential Development Experiences in the Rotation:

• Distillation
• Aging Warehouse
• Quality, Planning and Processing

Specific rotations, assignments, timing, and responsibilities are subject to business needs and may vary throughout the program. Participation in a particular area or rotation is not guaranteed

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are leaders, curious, driven, analytical, and eager to learn. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Required:

• Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an engineering discipline between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning
• Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S

Preffered

• Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
• Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op
