Job summary

Sazerac Company’s Leadership Development Program – Distillation is a full-time, 2-year leadership development program designed to expose you to the distillation operation and drive leadership growth. You’ll rotate through Distillation, Aging Warehouse, and Quality/Planning/Processing to build technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualified candidates are engineering graduates in 2027 with a 3.0+ GPA, who are self-motivated, strong communicators and team players, and who are willing to relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline completed between May 2027 and August 2027 is eligible
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for active learning
• Team player with effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Identify areas for improvement and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions
