Sazerac Co. in Bardstown, KY seeks a Processing Manager to oversee a nine-area spirits processing operation with 200+ tanks, four supervisors, and a team of 32. You’ll drive safety, quality, and cost objectives while partnering with lab and R&D to scale new formulas.

You will develop Supervisors and staff through coaching and formal performance management, ensuring efficient batching, inventory control, and on-time delivery across our beverage production network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least five years in a fast-paced manufacturing or processing environment.
• Supervisory experience in batching, processing, or beverage production.
• Working knowledge of production efficiency, quality controls, inventory, and loss reduction.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations across nine processing areas, ensuring production needs meet safety, quality, regulatory, budgetary, and customer requirements.
• Oversee batching, filtering, bulk spirits management, interplant shipments, and Personalized Barrel Program orders for accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Manage liquid, flavor, and ingredient inventory to improve flow, shelf life, and reduce waste.
• Partner with lab and R&D to develop and scale new product formulas meeting quality and production needs.
• Develop Supervisors and staff through coaching, performance management and safety, quality, and environmental practice.
