The Sazerac Leadership Development Program – Manufacturing is a 2-year, full-time rotation designed to expose you to bottling, processing, maintenance, and distribution. You’ll develop leadership capabilities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Participants rotate across shifts and may work in union or non-union settings, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and build technical and managerial skills for future leadership roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering completed by Aug 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Willingness to relocate.

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Manufacturing is 2-year full-time leadership development program designed to provide exposure across areas of the manufacturing, with leadership development experiences based on business needs and available opportunities.

The program provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and develop skills to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Potential Development Experiences in the Rotation:

• Bottling
• Processing
• Maintenance
• Distribution/Warehouse

Specific rotations, assignments, timing, and responsibilities are subject to business needs and may vary throughout the program. Participation in a particular area or rotation is not guaranteed

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are leaders, curious, driven, analytical, and eager to learn. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Required:

• Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Masters in an engineering discipline between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning
• Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate

PREFERRED

• Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG)

• Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op

Physical Requirements

• Ability to pay attention to detail
