Job summary

The Sazerac Leadership Development Program – Manufacturing is a 2-year, full-time rotation designed to expose you to bottling, processing, maintenance, and distribution. You’ll develop leadership capabilities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Participants rotate across shifts and may work in union or non-union settings, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and build technical and managerial skills for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering completed by Aug 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and active learning.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions to challenges within that area.
• Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to real-world business challenges.
• Experience different shifts such as 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts and/or union and non-union environments.
• Participation in development opportunities designed to build technical and leadership capabilities.
