Hyundai Capital America seeks a Dispute Resolution Associate to investigate credit disputes and respond promptly to customers through the dispute channels. You will review accounts, identify process improvements, and partner with various teams to resolve issues while maintaining service levels.

The role emphasizes accuracy, SLA adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to protect client relationships and corporate risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in a call center or customer support environment, including Collections, Servicing, Credit, or Funding functions.
• Knowledge of Credit Reporting and the Fair Credit Reporting Act is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to credit disputes from customers via appropriate channels.
• Perform account reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to mitigate risk and improve customer satisfaction.
