The Dispute Resolution Associate is responsible forinvestigating and responding to credit dispute s received from customers. This role performs account reviews, respon dsto customer dispute s, and identifies system and/or process related opportunities for operational improvement.
Investigate accounts for accuracy in connection with the creditdisputerequest and respond promptly to the customer through the relateddisputechannel (mail or credit bureau).
Manage individual productivity to ensure both production and SLA targets are met.
Partner with various departments/teams to solve intricate problems, mitigate business risk, and drive customer satisfaction.
Assistinidentifyingprocess improvements to positivelyimpactcustomer experience and drive operational improvements.
Report trendsand/or service issues to the leadership team and corresponding departments.
Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in a call center or customer support environment, including Collections, Servicing, Credit, or Funding functions, as well as customer service and escalation resolution experience.
Knowledge of Credit Reporting and the Fair Credit Reporting Act is preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple customer issues effectively.
Ability to follow procedures, apply guidance, and exercise sound judgment in handling customer issues.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems, tools, and databases efficiently.
