Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Dispute Resolution Associate to investigate and respond to credit disputes from customers. This role reviews accounts, replies to disputes, and identifies opportunities to improve processes and controls across functions.

In this position, you will manage customer inquiries via mail or credit bureau channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and uphold quality and SLA targets while supporting ongoing process enhancements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in a call center or customer support environment.
• Knowledge of Credit Reporting and the Fair Credit Reporting Act is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to customer credit disputes via mail or email channels.
• Review accounts and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Ensure productivity targets and SLA adherence.
