Requirements include 2–4 years in call center or customer support, knowledge of credit reporting, and strong time management to juggle multiple disputes effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in a call center or customer support environment.
• Knowledge of Credit Reporting and the Fair Credit Reporting Act preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow procedures, apply guidance, and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate credit disputes and respond to customers through the dispute channel.
• Manage accounts and respond to disputes, identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure productivity targets and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to solve problems and mitigate risk.
• Report trends and service issues to leadership and related teams.
