Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in a call center or customer support environment.
• Experience in Collections, Servicing, Credit, or Funding functions is preferred.
• Strong ability to follow procedures and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate credit disputes from customers and respond via the dispute channel.
• Perform account reviews and respond to customer disputes.
• Identify system or process opportunities for operational improvement.
• Manage productivity to meet production and SLA targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve complex problems and mitigate risk.
