Job summary

East Coast Cannabis is seeking a Dispensary Team Lead to help keep daily retail operations running smoothly, support Retail Associates, and deliver welcoming, knowledgeable customer experiences. This hands-on role focuses on coaching teammates and leading by example on the sales floor.

As the on-site lead when store management is unavailable, you will guide tasks, uphold Maine cannabis regulations, and drive sales goals through product knowledge and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service experience in retail, sales, or restaurants.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the dispensary using opening and closing checklists.
• Lead on-site when Store Manager or Assistant Retail Managers are unavailable.
• Coach Retail Associates, prioritize tasks, manage customer flow, and maintain a welcoming sales floor.
• Maintain product knowledge, compliance, and accurate transaction processing.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and cash handling as needed.
