Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and strains and share with team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate items to management.
• Assist in product consultations so customers select appropriate products.
• Delegate and complete tasks during shifts with correct cash handling and POS use.
• Ensure security measures and store safety compliance.
• Open and close procedures and daily admin tasks.
• Onboard and train new staff with management.
• Ensure store remains organized, clean, and compliant.
