Maitri Medicinals LLC is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to support daily operations and supervise Dispensary Associates. You will assist with scheduling, coaching, and ensuring compliant, patient-focused service across the team.

You will engage customers, educate on products, verify IDs, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes teamwork and leadership in a busy dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Exceptional leadership ability.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identity and assist with product selection and education; manage customer flow.
• Supervise Dispensary Associates; assist with scheduling and training; support daily operations.
• Process orders with scanners and MJ Freeway; ensure accurate packaging and compliance with regulations; log transactions.
• Maintain organized inventory storage; assist with daily counts; support cash handling and safekeeping.
• Open/close the dispensary in absence of GM/AGM; solve routine customer issues while maintaining service standards.
• Operate registers and scanners with accuracy; demonstrate proficiency in required systems.
• Support housekeeping and cleanliness; perform additional duties as needed to ensure compliant and patient-focused operations.
