Job summary

Lazy River Products in Massachusetts is seeking a Dispensary Team Lead who can supervise the sales floor, coach staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality guest service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will train CSR roles, coordinate shift coverage, enforce SOPs, stay up-to-date on state/local laws, and partner with the General Manager to drive operations, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven retail management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of retail customer service or equivalent experience (CRM).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CSR roles and other staff such as Guest Relations Reps and Assistants.
• Train dispensary roles and educate staff on products, strains, and cultivation methods.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate product availability, customer satisfaction, and policies.
• Open, shift swap, and close procedures; report issues to management.
• Maintain knowledge of state and local cannabis laws and compliance.
