Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on the dispensary floor. You will support store leadership in daily operations, staff development, cash and inventory control, and maintaining a compliant, customer-first environment in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.

You will coach budtenders, handle escalated issues, manage queues during peak hours, and contribute to merchandising and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
• Manage shift coverage, staffing adjustments, and timesheet accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations and internal procedures.
• Support change management; train SOP updates for staff.
