Job summary

You will drive compliance, optimize performance, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional patient care and efficient service. This role demands strong leadership, cash handling discipline, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree.
• Excellent corporate communications skills, with advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Integrity and reliability.
• 2+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Able to resolve difficult interactions with patients and staff.
• Strong computer/technical skills; experience with web browsers, POS systems, and card terminals; troubleshoot with IT.
• High-level thinking, attention to detail, and data-metrics focus.
• Comfortable handling high-volume cash.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a moderate-to-loud environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; min 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, inventory systems, and lead the team per GM guidance.
• Manage compliance, performance analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, hire, onboard, schedule, and coach staff.
• Provide constructive feedback and discipline with growth in mind.
• Mentor newer supervisors and set leadership tone.
• Ensure memorable, positive customer interactions.
• Handle high-stakes service issues and train the team.
• Own product flow—manage orders, inventory, shelves.
• Analyze sales data to discover trends.
• Run the store in leadership's absence.
• Develop SOPs and training resources.
• Support staff across roles to keep operations moving.
