Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and pass background checks.
• Knowledge of cannabis laws and compliance.
• Reliable attendance and flexible scheduling including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Motivate team members to execute programs and store promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
