Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to support and manage a diverse team in driving results and delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. You will assist the GM in leading customer experience, inventory operations, and team development, with a fast-track path to General Manager.

You will supervise operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations, manage budgets, and lead a team across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must meet scheduling and availability requirements (including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Reliable attendance and willingness to pass background checks and have valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Motivate team members to execute programs and in-store promotions effectively.
• Oversee and manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling, reconciliation, and expense management aligned with budgets.
• Lead omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct effective Leader on Duty shifts, and drive customer loyalty.
