Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to support a diverse team in delivering memorable consumer experiences. You will assist the General Manager with customer experience, inventory operations, and employee development to fast-track growth within the organization.

Responsibilities include managing dispensary operations for compliance, motivating staff, and executing in-store and omni-channel promotions while maintaining strong cash handling and Seed to Sale

Qualifications

• Three years of retail/ops management experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Ability to manage cash handling and in-store processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Lead and motivate the team to execute programs and promotions.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
• Coach team members to achieve loyalty goals and customer retention.
• Plan and manage hourly scheduling and labor costs.
