Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the RISE Dispensary to support a diverse team in delivering memorable customer experiences and ensuring compliant operations, inventory integrity, and team development.

Working with the General Manager, you will lead by example, optimize scheduling, coach staff, manage in-store and omni-channel experiences, and help achieve revenue targets while upholding cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing teams in a retail setting, preferably with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling and availability for varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Cannabis laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Motivate and manage team to execute programs and promotions effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation.
