Qualifications

• Three+ years managing retail teams with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks; valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security and state regulations.
• Lead and motivate team to execute programs and promotions.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Manage scheduling to meet business needs.
• Develop leaders and address performance issues.
