Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to support and manage a diverse team, driving results and memorable customer experiences. You will assist the General Manager in leading activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development.

This role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and executing a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery, while ensuring compliance and strong team

Qualifications

• Three+ years of team management in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Experience in cannabis or highly-regulated environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory and local/state regulations.
• Lead and motivate team members; supervise Leader on Duty shifts and performance feedback.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
• Drive loyalty goals and customer retention through exemplary service.
• Collaborate with General Manager on talent onboarding, training, and scheduling.
